LONG SERVICE AWARDS
 

1.  How do I place my award order?

  • To place your award, access the TTC Rewards & Recognition website at : https://www.serviceawards.com/TTC
  • Click on the LONG SERVICE tab.
  • To view the assortment of gifts, choose your service year level.
  • Click on the thumbnail image for an expanded image and description of each award.
  • Once you have made your choice, click on “Select”.
  • Enter your Personal Access Code (PAC) to confirm your eligibility.
  • Click “Continue” and follow the prompts and then click “Place Your Order”.
An order confirmation page will appear.
 

2.  When I try to order, the system asks me for my Personal Access Code (PAC). Where will I find it?
 
Your personal access code is located on your award notification. You will see PAC followed by a 10-digit code. This is your personal access code, which you need to
confirm your award selection.
 

3.  Can I choose multiple awards from different anniversary levels which total my current anniversary?
 
No, only one award will be issued for your milestone.
 

4.  When can I expect to receive my award after ordering?
 
Most awards are shipped within 4-6 weeks of ordering. To make sure that your award is shipped in time for your presentation date, please make your selection 8-10 weeks prior
to the Presentation Date. Your gift will be presented to you on the date of your milestone by your manager.
 

5.  I received my award and I have a problem?

Please contact a Toronto Transit Commission Program Customer Service representative via the “Contact Us” link at the top of the page to review your order.
 

6.  I received my award and it has been lost/stolen. Can I purchase a replacement?
 
Yes, providing the item is available in the current program. E-mail your request to ttcsupport@serviceawards.com or call the toll free line at 1-866-312-2691
(Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm EST or Saturday 9am to 3pm EST).

 
7.  Can I purchase an award from the program?
 
No, the awards are reserved solely for Long Service and cannot be purchased.
 

8.  I would like to order a ring but do not know my ring size. What should I do?
 
For an accurate measurement, it is suggested that you visit your local jeweller to have your ring finger sized.

 
 

SAFE WORKER & SAFE OPERATOR
 

1.  How do I place my Safe Worker/Safe Operator award order?

  • To place your award, access the TTC Rewards & Recognition website at : https://www.serviceawards.com/TTC
  • Click on the SAFE WORKER or SAFE OPERATOR tab.
  • To view the assortment of gifts, choose your year level.
  • Click on the thumbnail image for an expanded image and description of each award.
  • Once you have made your choice, click on “Select”.
  • Enter your Personal Access Code (PAC) to confirm your eligibility.
  • Click “Continue” and follow the prompts and then click “Place Your Order”.
